On April, 26, 2012 the Gen1 family spent the evening reflecting on the last two years of the Gen1 program at Stevenson University at an End-of-the-Program dinner. A slide show played during dinner displaying pictures from throughout the two years of the program while the Gen1ers shared how they were benefited by the Gen1 Program with their family and friends. Dr. Greene began the evening with a witty and moving speech about what he gained from the program. Chris Noya followed with inspiring words for the Gen1ers for the final years of their collegian journey. Chip Rouse interviewed six Gen1ers allowing them to reflect on specific moments that impacted them. Finally, Jessica Bower announced the winner of an essay contest in which the Gen1ers participated. Dasson Bell won an iPad 3 for her heartwarming essay that not only thanked her mentor, Dr. Betty Ann Rigney, but also Dr. Greene, and the Gen1 Program.
